Meditate Anytime, Anywhere

Have you seen this?  This guy gets me.

Tibetan Buddhist master Mingyur Rinpoche is all about leaning into monkey mind chatter. Considering I remember my dreams every night, I have no idea what a completely blank mind is like in any state, awake or not.

You, too? that’s okay! Rather than blocking thoughts and emotions, meditation is about deciding what to focus on: your breath. Easy and always doable.
