It’s okay to see red sometimes. We all do.

You know what’s good for that?

Deep breaths, a venting session with your BFF, a cold glass of water, a dip in the pool, a guided meditation, screaming into your pillow, going for a run, jumping in puddles, singing to really loud music, dancing uncontrollably, watching funny YouTube videos until you almost pee, going to the movies, journaling your rage, playing whack-a-mole, dropping in on a kickboxing class, counting from one to 100 (or a thousand if you’re really pissed)…

You know what’s not good for that?

Lashing out at colleagues online.

Just sayin’.
