You should know that I’m a big fan of the proverbial bus. So if I get hit by a bus tomorrow and die, how do I wish I would’ve lived today? A little morbid, I know; but you gotta live like you’re dying, right? Well maybe not you, but I do.
Which brings me to my next point. I’ll do my best in this blog to insert as many in-my-opinions, for-me’s, and from-my-point-of-views, but after a while it gets cumbersome. So here’s the disclaimer: Everything you read on my blog is my opinion and it is written from my perspective. It’s not the birth of a new dogma; just my point of view. Feel free to take it or leave it. And rest assured my intentions are benign.
And speaking of my point of view, it’s also my truth. You may have lived with me some of the experiences that I will write about (don’t worry, I believe in anonymity for both the innocent and the guilty) and you may have a completely different take on what happened and what it meant. I’m cool with that.
Final disclaimer for now (unless I think of something else later): I’ve been practicing yoga since 1998 and no, I absolutely do not have a perfect yogic lifestyle nor do I filter every aspect of my being through a yogini identity. I am first and foremost a human being who does things, and one of those things happens to be yoga. So if you are a beautiful example of enlightenment, then I guess I will stand to benefit from your feedback and continue being insanely good at just being me.
Okay, I think that wraps it up for the About page. Since it’s a personal blog there will be plenty of opportunities to get to know one another.
Thanks for reading and feel free to drop a link to your personal yoga-relevant blog here. I’d love to read you!
